Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band elegant out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is constructed from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his formative years buddy, Spencer Smiths (drums), including their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
